Keith Wold Johnson Child Care Center will treat information about children and families in a confidential manner. Children's records and information about families are accessible to and discussed with authorized members of our staff who need it to make decisions and regulatory agencies (i.e. licensing regulatory/inspection agencies, JFK and/or accreditation agency). Information will be shared with parents and/or legal guardians. Written parental permission is required before information can be shared otherwise. Discussions between parents and staff are to be held in private and limited as to NOT include discussions of other children. Limits to this confidentiality involve circumstances relating to child abuse, threats of suicide and/or dangers posed to others.
